Misleading

When you download the app there appear to be a few free workouts you can do before committing to the "pro" plan, however if you try to do any of them it immediately asks you to pay for the pro plan. This seems to be a great app but I would like to try some of the supposedly free workouts before I commit to pay!

I recommend it to all my female friends who want to become strong.

Strength for Women

In a world where women are discouraged from lifting, Spitfire aims to empower and motivate females to build real strength. The app is fresh and vibrant, easy to follow, and provides education on how to start a consistent lifting program. Examples are clear and you can easily track your progress. My favorite aspect is how motivating it is compared to other programs that just focus on how many abs you can create. Spitfire motivates women to be strong mentally and physically. Sure, theres a pro mode thats not free. But think about everything thats a worthwhle investment, and count how many of those are free. Probably almost none. And thats what Spitfire is: a good investment in strength.

Great for tracking your progress

This app make it easy to stay focused and on task. Takes the guess work out of your day at the gym and makes tracking progress a snap. I reco doing the warm up/cool down to avoid injury. Cant wait to complete the cycle :)

The Best!

Ive never had a workout app that ive been able to stick to, but this is both challenging and fun. Best thing I ever downloaded.

This is genius

Great fitness app

Very thorough and well thought out fitness plans, awesome interface, easy to use and informative. Also it allows you to run your music app in the background which a lot of fitness apps dont support. Looking forward to more updates with more plans :)

Best workout app so far

Sleek, functional, and effective. It has plenty of options that range from easy to hard. Not the best at tracking but still very good.

The contents of the app is great but once you sign out you cant sign back in.

It was great...

I have used this app since it was developed, and have absolutely loved it! I saw great progress a lot of the time when using it, and they offer programs for anyone and anywhere! That was up until the made it so you cant use any of the workouts without a subscription. I understand that the developers have to make money, but between paying for this, a gym membership, and school, something has to give. Sorry Spitfire. I loved ya.

Great design & easy-to-follow training plans

Great user interface, outstanding design (makes you wanna keep coming back for more!), the training plans are easy to follow and totally works!

Surprised @ how good this is

Its been a few years and 30 pounds, but this is the closest Ive come to working with a personal trainer in a long time. Using body weight alone I just worked harder in 30 minutes—warmup to cool down—than I did in 60+ minutes at the gym last night. Not for absolute beginners — you have to know basics like how to do a squat, a burpee, a plank, tuck jump and so on. Not saying you have to be able to do them. You can build up to that. But you do need to know what youre trying to do, although there are great tips and video links if youre a little rusty. Adding a built-in timer is genius, BTW.

Perfect for the lazy trying to get FIT

Im a pretty lethargic person, but Im always looking for something new to motivate me to workout more. This beautiful app gives complete workouts from warm up to cool down for every level of expertise. All the benefits of a personal trainer without the price, embarrassment, and on your own time!

Love this! Summer body time.

This was incredibly comprehensive. Easy to use. I love lifting weights. I know everyone is different but pure cardio type workouts dont do anything for my fitness levels or goals. Ive been looking for a more weight / physique centric app for a long time. Yay!

Loooooove the way this app works (me out!)

App: Excellent design - the timers are controlled by you as you easily review the next exercise and move into it. I can play my music in the background and still hear the timer. Heroine Physique Training Plan: I sweat like crazy and the exercises are simple enough to work you out and keep good form (without checking your phone every 5 seconds to see if youre keeping up or doing it right). You have the freedom (and sometimes energy) to add in a few extra moves to really burn it out (I sometimes add in some extra Pilates moves). As a stay at home, twenty-something mom with 3 babes in 3 years, this is perfect!!! Well, well done ladies!!!

Shocked

I love this app. It is way more than I expected it to be. Its organized so well, and really easy to navigate. Im glad that it has options; strength or physique, gym or weightless. Ive had trouble getting Ito weight training, Im so strictly cardio, and this app has given me much needed support an variety for my workout routine. It would be really awesome if there were flexibility training.
