Surprised @ how good this is
Its been a few years and 30 pounds, but this is the closest Ive come to working with a personal trainer in a long time. Using body weight alone I just worked harder in 30 minutes—warmup to cool down—than I did in 60+ minutes at the gym last night. Not for absolute beginners — you have to know basics like how to do a squat, a burpee, a plank, tuck jump and so on. Not saying you have to be able to do them. You can build up to that. But you do need to know what youre trying to do, although there are great tips and video links if youre a little rusty. Adding a built-in timer is genius, BTW.
