Amazing weightlifting app!

The strength workouts in this app are intense! The women featured in the training plans are inspiring and I cant wait to get started!

Love this app!!!

This app has really good workout plans for women. Best app EVER!!! However I do have to say that Spitfire you should make an Instagram account to share stories and create support, think about it.

Great app! BUT...

This is a great app. I was able to see results when I was using it earlier this year, but after I updated it, it signed me out and I havent been able to log back in ever since :( it just keeps saying that I cant log in because of an incorrect password. Theres no forgot password link. When I try to create a new account, or login through Twitter, it wont let me either. Please fix this!! I love this app and loved using it while I could! The 3 stars is because I can no longer use this app since it wont let me login/use the app, otherwise I would give it a 5!

Lovee it

Great app for beginner girls looking for a challenge. Gives me a lot of motivation and the exercises are challenging but rewarding

Superwoman!

Great exercise app! So motivational...makes working out a snap! This is really geared for women even though both sexes could benefit from the routines. Just using this app makes me feel like a superhero! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Force close!!

I love this app but after this update it just force closes every time I try to open it. Please fix it!

Spitfire is amazing!

I love the structure of the workouts and how it even includes photos and videos to depict the exercises! I love the logo as well; perfect fit! This app has some room to grow but can only get better. Please allow the user to go back and edit workouts. Once you complete and save a workout, you cannot return to edit it. For example, I was not aware you could swipe each exercise to the right and add the weights. Additionally, I neglected to check off some the cool-down exercises and would like to be able to go back and update the entire workout. Please add more workouts! I think diversity is just the thing to keep people interested. Lastly, please add nutritional information/diet plans and information on supplements. I have a good general idea of what to eat but it would be nice to get that extra support. I am interested in taking supplements but am afraid of what Im putting into my body. Please add information on taking supplements for women (e.g. brands, ingredients, how they work, when to take them, etc.) Thank you!!!

An outstanding app for women looking to get serious

I happen to find this app by chance and I am so happy I did. I have been looking for a resource like this for months and I am ecstatic that I not only found it, but that the programs are free. The app is easy to use, gives good instruction and the design is beautiful. If you are looking to get serious about your health and fitness, I highly recommend downloading this app. Thank you to the developers for a clever, beautiful and insightful app that has the power to transform lives!!

Great but...

I love the app- just used it for the first time today. There are a few things that could be improved, IMHO. 1) the timer- makes a tone when it starts, but doesnt make a loud enough tone when the time runs out. Who wants to continuously look at the clock while resting in btwn sets? 2) I am just getting back into weight training, and I think one should be able to modify reps and weights in the log. Lets say you start an exercise but realize at the end of the first set the weight is too heavy- you should be able to keep track of the pounds you use in each set. And perhaps you cannot make all 12 reps... You should be able to change that info as well. Also- what if a weight is 7.5lbs (i used this for incline reverse flyes and by the 3rd set could only make 10, and didnt want to go down to 5lbs)... I was unable to enter half pound weights. The app does look nice and hopefully will just improve with time. Looking forward to the next workout!

Like having a personal trainer!

I love this app & recommend it to every woman I know interested in stating a new fitness plan! The workouts are great & very explanatory. And the creators seem to really care about their app (they have fixed the force close bug issue) & they are passionate about being in shape. I HIGHLY recommend this app!

Daily fitness & workout organization

Focused on the "women who strength train" niche. But a nice tool, plus graphix & inspiration, for any aspiring serious athlete who trains mostly on her (or his) own.

Thumbs up

Great app for weightlifting and strength training.

Love it!

This is by far the best workout app Ive come across! Its super comprehensive and easy to use, not to mention beautifully designed and well laid out. The only thing I would change is the timer, and specifically how it doesnt make a sound at the end. I find that if I check in the middle of a set, Im more likely to get discouraged rather than just muscle through till the end. This, however, is not nearly enough to get me to stop using or loving this app!

Great App!

I truly love this fitness app. Due to an injury, I have been unable to run and decided that Id try my hand at weight lifting. Although well versed in training for endurance runs, I knew nothing of how to begin training with weights. I decided to do a simple search for an app and stumbled upon Spitfire. The fact that the app treats me as an athlete and not someone seeking to look like a celebrity is really refreshing. I love being able to choose my routines and see my progress. Kudos to the developers of this software. It makes things so easy for me. In the future, I would love to see maybe the ability to create your own workouts using the exercises already provided. Also, if the timers could make a noise after the time is completed, I would like that as well. I cant say enough good things about this app and I love how strong I am getting.

Awesome app but caught in update loop

This app is fantastic for keeping a consistent strength training schedule. I did a 12 week gym program that kept me going to the gym through the winter. It was exciting to watch the increase in weight and feel stronger. Most recently, when I open the app, it provides a button to update, which takes me to iTunes App Store & theres only an "Open" button which takes me to the app & the update message. No way to get around it. Help!

One suggestion

It would be great if your built in timer had a chime not at the beginning of the interval, but at the end. Its hard to know when time is up by just having a visual cue while Im jumping around and doing my butt kicks.

Ok

Most beginner workouts require weights and/or going to the gym. Some workouts assume you are an athlete and are doing other workouts too. I know nothing about fitness and just want a full workout that I can do at home.

Well designed with great routines!

Im a gym newbie and was looking for an app to guide me through weight training. I wanted a specific routine to follow and to be able to keep track of workouts. This app was PERFECT! I downloaded others but ended up standing around the gym on my phone instead of lifting. Best download ever!
