This app is awesome! Its really helping me out! My out crit: I wish it would show the prior weight lifted for each exercise on the new day. That would be helpful as I could see what I need to do to be better than last time on the fly.

This app blew me away. I love the customized programs. Ive been training with groups on lifting but I wanted to diverge on my own path. The is simple and straight forward. Just what I needed to get started on my own.
I absolutely love this app! I recommend it to anyone i know who is looking to refresh or jumpstart their fitness!

The beauty of the design and user flow actually inspires me to workout more. It is like the quality of the experience is what my body deserves and I shouldnt slack off and miss a workout.
I first learned about this app from one of the founders answers on Quora and Ive been hooked ever since. Ive given up on training many times because I was not seeing results or got bored by the monotony. Spitfire athlete on the other hand has provided many workouts that have made my willowy frame stronger and makes me excited to see how much weight I can lift each day. This app is amazing and I recommend it to everyone. Bravo!
This app really helped keep me on track. It is easy to use and flows really well. I just wish it had a little more variety with the exercises but other than that I really love it!
Im a guy who uses this app. Its really great at keeping track of how much I lift, as well as giving me a structure in my workouts. One of the best features of this app is the timer. I disable the automatic lock on my phone to I can use the timer quickly after my set. I used to rest too long but this feature keeps me on track! I recommended this app to anybody looking to start weight lifting or getting in shape. Ive already recommended it to my friend and family members!

This app is by far the best app I have ever used for fitness! Its also the only app that i have wanted to commit to. I also love how I see results! Another thing I love how you can also use it without going to the gym. The only thing I wish you would add is a way for it to remind you. Other than that I Love it!;)
If you want a workout plan, but are either too lazy to make one yourself (ahem), or dont know where to begin, and dont want to pay for a pricey one somewhere online, this app is PERFECT. Im currently using a 12-week plan, and I am seeing serious definition already, in week 3. I cant wait to finish and see what else is in store! I cant recommend Spitfire enough.
Been using the app for the past month now. Always look forward to going to the gym. Workouts are intense and have everything from warmup to cool down. This is the most consistent Ive been with working out since high school.
Really love the app, and the challenge that comes with using it to work out! Only two gripes: 1. I hate that even after starting a plan, you still have to scroll through all the introductory info every single time you go to log your workout. 2. The timer is pretty ineffective. Would love to see it correspond with the workout itself, or at least go off in 30-second increments. Takes away from the workout when you have to constantly look at the timer bc it remains silent or dings in awkward intervals. Overall, though, I love the app and cant wait to see it grow, change, and improve!

Spitfire is a fantastic weight training app that is beautifully designed and accessible as a tool for a wide range of women - beginners and more experienced users alike. As a CrossFitter, I love that 1) all the workouts are designed by women who walk the talk 2) the workouts are easy to select and 3) you can track your progress in the app. No need to bring notebooks or worry about remembering a certain exercise when confronted by all the guys hogging the weights at the gym. A must have app.
The only thing I dont like about it is that the timer doesnt make a noise when it ends. If that gets fixed, its a 5-star for sure.

Superb app! Its seriously changed the way I interact with the gym. It feels so good to know what Im doing and what is best for my workout goals. There are of course a few things that could be changed, like I wish you could add notes that pop up the next time you do a particular workout and I wish you could select "0" or "bar" for weight on some exercises. But either way Im a Spitfire for life and Im so excited to see what changes will be made in my body once I complete a couple training plans!
